Apricot and Banana Jaffles

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apricot fruit spread
  • 1/4 cup Australian ricotta cheese
  • 4 slices raisin or fruit bread
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • cinnamon, for sprinkling

Method

  1. 1. Combine fruit spread and ricotta and spread over 2 slices of bread.
  2. 2. Top with banana, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with remaining slice of bread.
  3. 3. Cook in a sandwich maker until toasted and warmed through.
