Kick-start your day with this this summery, no-fuss smoothie bowl, by dietitian Joel Feren. It has all the noms without all the hard-to-find ingredients and best of all it's good for your bones too!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 mango cheek
  • 1 banana, ½ in bowl + ½ for topping
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • coconut and chia seeds, for topping

METHOD

Tropical Smoothie Bowl
  1.  Add all the ingredients (except toppings) to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour contents into a bowl.
  3. Top with remaining banana, chia seeds and coconut, before enjoying with a spoon!
