Weigh It Up

 - According to Gary

As Debbie’s trainer, nutritionist, coach (and her mentor!) I know a lot about a lot of things.

Here’s one that heaps of people find interesting: Many people avoid dairy foods because they think they’re fattening, but, they’re barking up the wrong tree.  In fact, research says otherwise.

Milk, cheese and yoghurt are not linked to weight gain or body fat gain.

I can even show you studies that say eating enough dairy as part of a calorie controlled diet can help you lose more weight and fat than a diet without enough dairy.

The best part is it applies to all types of milk, cheese and yoghurt including regular-fat varieties so you can eat any type you like without feeling guilty.

Don’t get fooled by the fads.  Do yourself a favour by eating a balanced diet with a variety of foods. Swap out the junk like chips, lollies, take-away and soft drinks and swap in the good stuff like dairy foods.

Look at Debs – not an inch of fat on her!
